Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, any delivery issues — including lost, stolen, or delayed packages — must be handled directly with the shipping carrier. The carrier’s contact information will be included in your shipping confirmation email.


Piece of Art is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. We recommend reaching out to the carrier as soon as possible in such cases.
